Greensboro, NC – October 1, 2008 – Premier Commercial Bank announced today that Steven J. Billings has joined the bank as Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager.  Mr. Billings’ role will be to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing bank customers.

Mr. Billings, a Greensboro native, is a 1990 graduate of UNC-Charlotte with a BA degree in Economics. He began his career at 1st Home Federal Savings & Loan in Greensboro and later worked in the retail banking area of Wachovia Bank in Greensboro as Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager.  For the past thirteen years, Mr. Billings was a Business Banker with Wachovia Bank in High Point and Greensboro. 

Mr. Billings serves on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Piedmont.  He is a graduate of the Leadership Greensboro program.
