Pam Nisbet Joins Premier Commercial Bank (proposed) as Chief Credit Officer

4/15/2008

Greensboro, NC – April 15, 2008 – Premier Commercial Bank (proposed) (“the Bank”), the Triad’s only business bank, announced today that Pam Nisbet has joined the Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.

Ms. Nisbet has over 20 years experience in credit administration and business banking in the Triad.  Her experience includes serving as both Senior Credit Officer and Director of Wealth Management at BB&T, where she consistently achieved Sterling Performer status level.   She began her career at First Union National Bank.  Ms. Nisbet received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration (1978) and her MBA (1981) from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As Chief Credit Officer at Premier, Ms Nisbet will oversee risk management for all loan and deposit operations.  “Premier’s focus is to be a high-quality, responsive provider of products and services to the small business and professional market in the Triad.  With the team of experienced professionals we are assembling, I believe we will quickly become the preferred provider to this business segment.  I am excited to be a part of Premier’s management team,” said Ms. Nisbet.

Premier plans to open its doors to the public in May at 701 Green Valley Road, Suite 102, Greensboro.  The Bank will focus on supporting businesses, their owners, and employees with banking products and services specifically tailored to their needs. Target customers include manufacturing and other operating companies, real-estate developers and builders, entrepreneurs, and professional service firms in the medical, legal, financial, and technology fields.

The Bank’s organizers plan to open central offices in Winston-Salem and High Point, subject to regulatory approval. Specialized services in each market will include remote deposit capture at the customer’s business location, on-site visits from lending staff, and courier pickups.  Advanced technologies and centralized bank locations will eliminate the need for the traditional branch banking system, resulting in cost savings to the customer.

“In this early stage of the Bank’s formation, it is imperative that we hire experienced, highly qualified banking experts who will define the character and shape the reputation of Premier Commercial Bank (proposed),” said Frank Gavigan, President and CEO of Premier. “Pam Nisbet is an outstanding addition to our staff and will play a critical role in attracting and securing other top professionals and building a commercial banking group that is unique in the Triad.  We are delighted to have her onboard.”

Premier Commercial Bank (proposed) is currently finishing its initial sale of stock, having exceeded its goal of raising $17.6 million.  The Bank intends to raise up to $23.1 million.   An Offering Circular detailing the investment opportunity is available to prospective investors by request. Please contact the organizing office at 336-323-1115, or visit the website at www.pcbnc.com.
